At ArchFix, your privacy and data security are our highest priorities. This page provides you with all the necessary procedures you can use to delete your account and associated data from our application available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please review the steps below carefully.
How to Delete Your Account
Within the App:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the app. During this process, you will have the option to include the deletion of your associated data.
By Email:
- Email Request: Send an email to info@archfix.net with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Include Details: In your email, please include the email address associated with your account. This information is necessary for us to verify your identity and process your request.
- Next Steps: Once your identity is confirmed, our team will guide you through the remaining steps to complete your deletion request.
How to Delete Your Data
Within the App:
- In-App Deletion: When deleting your account through the app, you will have the option to include your data in the deletion request. Simply select the corresponding option to confirm that you want all associated personal information deleted.
By Email:
- Email Request: For deletion of your data, please send an email to info@archfix.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
- Verification: Include the email address associated with your account to help verify your identity.
- Process: Our team will work with you through identity verification and finalize the deletion process for the specific data you request.
Important Note on Data After Account Deletion
- Please Note: Once you delete your account, any data that remains (if you did not select the deletion of data) is permanently disassociated from your personal identity.
- No Further Data Deletion: Because the data is no longer linked to you, it cannot be individually deleted after the account deletion is processed.
- Purpose of Retaining Data: Any data retained in an anonymous format is used solely in aggregate to help improve the app and develop better features, while ensuring that your privacy is always maintained.
What Gets Deleted
If you choose to delete your data:
- Personal Information: All profile details, app usage data, and any content created within the app will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Data Retention: In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, certain types of data may be retained for a specified period.
If you opt not to delete your data when deleting your account:
- Anonymous Data Usage: The data will remain on our servers securely in an anonymized form. As it is no longer connected to your identity, it cannot be subsequently requested for deletion.
